These mouth pieces are great whether you are smoking with friends or smoking alone. They are disposable plastic pieces that fit over the end of the hose so your mouth does not have to touch it. Every user can have one and fit it into the hose when it's their turn. They also control the smoke coming out of the hose. Most long time hookah smokers use these mouth pieces. They are a must if you are running a place that serves hookahs to customers. These snap on to the outside of the metal tip of the hose.

Much easier than using foil, and can be used again and again. Also spreads the heat over the molasses. I will never go back to foil again.
